脂质体2000 描述 脂质体2000是专门用于将核酸转染进入真核细胞的一种形式，我们提供下列的建议： 在多种细胞和培养板中都有很高的转染效率。在网上列出的细胞类型中都获得了较高的转染效率。 核酸-脂质体2000的复合物可以直接加入到细胞培养液中，无论是有血清还是无血清的情况。 转染之后不用移除复合物或者更换培养液，但是复合物应在转染后4-6h移除。 转染的一些重要指导 DNA转染使用page3 我们建议使用Opti-MEM I reduced serum 培养基来稀释脂质体2000和核酸。 转染时不要向培养基中加入抗生素。 在实验过程中要保持一样的条件
